I’ve been posting entries on this blog for some time now that relate the fascinating research on the origins of cool fermenting yeasts in the 15th\/16th centuries. I decided to combine these entries and fashion them into a paper that I will submit for the upcoming Calontir Kingdom A&S.\u00a0 While the paper is close to being finished, I will likely tweak it a bit and add any new research that might hit the journals over the next month.\u00a0 I thought I’d post a link to it (below) in its current iteration.
